  3. Allergic Reactions: Many people are allergic to watermelons and their seeds. They might get mild to severe rashes or swellings on several parts of their bodies. Hence, it is always suggested to consult a doctor before including an item on your diet.
  4. Not good for Diabetics: Since watermelon has a lot of natural sugar too, it isn’t good for the people who have diabetes. A limited amount of watermelon should be consumed by them, that too after consulting a doctor.
